Peat Block can be used on Ursaring during a Full Moon to evolve it into Ursaluna, consuming the item.

If you have Legends: Arceus, it’s highly recommended that you farm as many of these as you can and use them to evolve multiple Ursaluna. You can then use those Ursaluna in Pokemon HOME to trade for a plethora of highly-valuable Pokemon, as Ursaluna is one of the most-sought-after Pokemon on HOME.
