Pokemon Legends Arceus

To transfer Pokémon from Pokémon Legends: Arceus into Pokémon HOME, you’ll need the HOME app installed on your Nintendo Switch and updated to the latest version. No Premium Plan is required for this transfer — the free plan works for basic moves, but it limits storage.

Launch Pokémon HOME on your Switch and choose “Pokémon” from the main menu. Pick the user profile linked to your Legends: Arceus save file, then select Pokémon Legends: Arceus as the connected game. Your in-game PC boxes will appear on the left side, and your HOME storage boxes will show on the right.

You can now drag Pokémon from Arceus into HOME. Only Pokémon stored in PC boxes are available — Pokémon in your party won’t be shown. Prepare your boxes in advance to make the process smoother. Once your transfer is ready, press the “+” button to save and complete it.

Once your Pokémon are in HOME, they can remain stored, organized, or sent to compatible games like Scarlet or Violet. Keep in mind that not all Hisuian forms can be transferred into every game — Pokémon HOME will notify you if a Pokémon can’t move to your selected game. All transfers between Legends: Arceus and HOME must be made using the Switch version of HOME.
